Day 13

Just came back from choir auditions. I totally loved it. I miss singing so much I can't believe it. That went very well. LOL. Apparently I have a very good range ROFL. They were like... why did you write alto? LOOOOL. The thing is, it's my middle voice... and I have no idea how to use it :$. The rest of the audition i just used head and chest. So weird LOL. I also bumped into Arjun while leaving! Haven't seen him in like 2 years ahah. The hardest part was also pitch matching. They played a weird combo of notes. During auditions I was behind a guy called David. He was like cho LOOOL. Got his piloting licence rofl. And he was like.. I never really sang in high school, just in the shower, karaoke and with my friends in class. We overheard him singing through the walls and it was so good o.o. I also met with my residence manager.. I thought I was going to cry, but after the audition went so well, I just couldn't help but smile!! THE WHOLE TIME I WAS TALKING ABOUT HOW DEPRESSED I WAS I WAS SMILING LOOOL. It's hilarious. Anyway, I know it'll only get better from here. And soon, I'll actually be having fun. So many milestones achieved this past week! Maybe I should take a nap before my lab at 6:30 oh dear aha. Naw, I should study... Julia is napping right now. YAWN. Jelly of dem soc sci kids lol. I'm glad she's not in art or I'll feel even worse. Anyway, my residence manager gave me tips on who I should talk to, and will send our CA to our dorm to just talk to me about clubs and things. Lol. I am so happy right now I can't believe I was crying just the beginning of this week. We'll see what happens...
